Progression is already used by thousands of employees at companies you know and love. But our ambitions are far far bigger. To help people around the world discover and get value out of Progression, we need the best content and community to drive product love.

That's where you come in. As content and community lead you'll love not only keeping this blog active but building relationships with our existing users, waitlist and the wider world. You'll also be able to build whole new ways for us to bring people together around the importance of career growth – both for themselves and their teams.

We have an amazing set of investors, a huge vision and a lot of product to build, so expect masses of autonomy, building things from the ground up and tons of face-time with us as we work together on building an amazing business.
