Level 1
(Beginner) Is unafraid to seek help, guidance or support from colleagues.
Level 2
(Novice) Actively seeks feedback from peers and colleagues on their own work.
Level 3
(Intermediate) Actively provides constructive, actionable critique on the work of others.
Level 4
(Expert) Can plan and facilitate feedback or critique sessions with clients.
Facilitate a retro or progress check-in review (Project Manager or Scrum Master).
Level 5
(Master) Can steward and coordinate complex and/or large scale feedback sessions with difficult clients or stakeholders, under challenging circumstances.
