Level 3
Steers team explorations of multiple solutions to the problem statement efficiently Anchors explorations to a clear understanding of the problem area. Challenges the team to question their assumptions about what’s actually needed and sharpens the entire team’s thinking about what’s essential, and when. Consistently integrates the story and GTM input into scope.
Level 4
Facilitates concept explorations with high ambiguity and complexity. Works across multiple teams to form coherent think big and start small approaches.
